Andrews
As Associate Director of the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, he directed the research project that produced the first comprehensive accreditation standard for continuing education programs within colleges and universities. He also conducted research and developed guidelines for the use of the Continuing Education Unit. In addition, he served as Director of Continuing Education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, served on the boards of the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning and the American Technical Institute, and was President of the International Association for Continuing Education and Training. His many honors include being selected for the Julius Nolte Award given by the National University Continuing Education Association (1995) and being elected to Who's Who in American Education (1992), Who's Who in the South and Southwest (1993), and Who's Who in America (1996).
